This cute cafe offers yummy looking waffles and smoothies! Nick greeted me with a smile and made a yummy green smoothie for me using fresh fruit! I may have to come back for the waffles tomorrow!
This was a nice place to start our day before shopping and hitting the beach. We got there around 9:45/10am, which beat some of the rush since a lot of the shops around there didn't open until 10 or 11am. We were able to enjoy a waffle, some waffle bites, and coffee outside in their outdoor seating area as we watched local birds scatter about. The waffle bites were fun and tasted good either the fresh whipped cream. The latte was nice and foamy.
Very good waffles. I got an avocado toast waffle. The sweet waffle paired nicely with the lime-y avocado spread (not to mention it is some of the best avocado spread I have ever tasted!). They take a classic liege waffle and pair it with different toppings, sweet or savory. The service was very good as well. Hands on, friendly, and overall you could tell whoever was working enjoys their jobs. Cute storefront too. 5/5 for sure!
Delicious waffles & amazing service! We had the monte cristo, all about berries, and chicken & waffles and got to try the amazing new açaí bowl!! so fresh & yummy, a perfect healthy breakfast also had a couple mimosas - great spot for lunch, brunch, & dessert all in one!
I had my eye on this place in St. Armand Square a few times, so we finally hit it up one morning for breakfast. When we arrived noticed that there are about 6 tables outdoors with chairs and covered with umbrellas, so you can eat outside. Pro Tip: Be sure to check what time you're arriving, they don't open until 9am and street parking is free until 10am. We walked inside and noticed it's setup like a fast casual concept, meaning you order at the register and then they'll bring your order out to you. FYI, there aren't any tables or chairs inside. The waffle maker/server wasn't the friendliest. I ordered my strawberry liege waffle topped with Biscoff caramel and an iced salted caramel coffee, my husband got the waffle bites and an iced salted caramel coffee. We grabbed a table outside and waited for our breakfast. When they came out, you could smell the aroma of the waffles. I love liege waffles because you get crispy bits of waffles and each bite normally includes crispy sugar. I loved my waffle, the Biscoff caramel really added a nice touch. Presentation and taste wise, this was a 10/10. My husband loved his waffle bites. My iced coffee was good, but I couldn't taste a whole lot of the salted caramel taste. All in all I really enjoyed the food and would come back if we're in the area.
